Extreme diet can cause a sustainable effect for long term weight loss program. I never deprive myself of any foods as I still think food should be enjoyable. I am a PICKY eater so I stick with eggs/chicken breast/ground turkey. However there are other lean proteins you could include in your diet (fish, turkey, bison, pork chops, tofu, etc). good luck and have a nice try ^^
