Hi! We meet again!

This video is about a woman’s journey to become toned.

After a long time of thinking she couldn’t lose weight, exercises and eating right wasn’t suit for her, she finally decided to loss weight in March 2014. She was so motivated to go on her weight lose journey and to reach her goal. She started at 83 kg and now She’s currently 66 kg. She lost 17 kg in total in 3 months. The journey was not easy what so ever. It was so difficult. She exercised everyday for 2 hours or more and was on a diet. She also drank a lot of water. She made sure she sets weight loss goal every Two weeks to achieve and she achieved them every time. At the moment she’s a size 10 and before she was a size 14. She’s currently finished with her weight loss journey but now She’s toning up. She has more confident and she’s happy with her weight and size.

A huge tip she can give for a successful weight loss is be motivated and be determined to do it.
